Fraulob - Brown’s journey started with respected attorney Edward Farrell, who began representing injured workers in 1956. For more than 50 years the attorneys of Fraulob - Brown have dedicated themselves to representing our clients with the utmost dedication and respect.

Donald Fraulob
Managing Attorney Donald Fraulob is a well-respected practitioner in the fields of social security disability benefits, workers’ compensation, and elder law and he serves as an arbitrator for the Workers’ Compensation Board. He has drafted hundreds of wills, trusts, and health care directives, and he focuses on estate planning for working families. Mr. Fraulob has been recognized as a top attorney by his peers throughout his decades of legal service. He has frequently given back to the legal community, most notably by establishing the Student Law Center at California State University, Sacramento, where he served as its first attorney/director. A frequent speaker at legal conferences and conventions, Mr. Fraulob is often consulted by his fellow attorneys throughout the Sacramento area for his extensive knowledge and experience.
Melissa C. Brown
In addition to being a fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, Attorney Melissa C. Brown has been recognized by her peers as one of California’s top attorneys for over 20 years. Ms. Brown has lectured around the country at legal conventions and seminars, and has written a treatise on elder law which is utilized by attorneys and in law schools across the country. She is also well-respected as a knowledgeable mediator and arbitrator in workers’ compensation cases, and has dedicated her extensive career to expanding and protecting the rights of the American worker and seniors.
